Welcome to LogoGators.com (“Website”), owned and operated by LogoGators LLC, a company registered in Kamrar, Iowa 50132 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or engage our services. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Services Provided

LogoGators.com offers:

  • Custom graphic design services (including logos, branding, and marketing materials)

  • Apparel and print design services

  • Digital file creation and delivery

  • Promotional and collaborative branding services

All services are provided at the discretion of LogoGators LLC and may be changed, updated, or discontinued at any time.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and govern all services provided.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when requested

  • Use our Website and services only for lawful purposes

  • Not resell or redistribute our designs without written permission

  • Refrain from submitting content that is unlawful, infringing, or obscene

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are due upfront or as otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via authorized payment processors listed on the Website.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated. 

  • Project schedule is based off time-frame given at time of invoice, schedules are subject to change if invoices aren’t paid on time.

In the case of chargebacks or payment disputes, LogoGators LLC reserves the right to revoke all design usage rights until the issue is resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and assets provided by LogoGators LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment:

  • The client receives full commercial usage rights to the final, approved design.

  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, marketing, or social media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You may not use our branding, logo, or website content without express written consent.

6. Delivery and Revisions

  • Projects include a specified number of revisions based on the chosen service package.

  • Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

  • Final files are delivered in standard design formats (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .PNG, .PDF) unless otherwise agreed.

7. Disclaimers

We strive to provide accurate, high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee:

  • That our Website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • That the final product will meet every subjective expectation if the client fails to communicate clear requirements

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogoGators LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our Website or services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Website or services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice, particularly in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
